Hot Oil Units - Rubber Injection Molding

Just as time can be lost changing molds, when injecting molding machines get too hot or too cool, they will shut down and delay your production. Water/Oil Units can ensure that this will never be a problem by regulating the machine’s temperature with bursts of hot or cool liquid based on the needs of the machine.

For rubber injection molding machines a thermal oil/water temperature unit can be set up to pump fluids into the crate and barrel in order to maintain the machine’s proper temperature. On TPE machines, the temperature unit plugs into the cold runner on the mold in order to maintain temperature.

Twin Pines manufactures stainless steel thermal oil/water temperature units expressly for these purposes. The temperature units can interface with any machine’s electronic controls in order to regulate temperature. As with all of our machines, we can custom design the oil/water units to meet any requests you may have.
