Twin Pines offers superior support for all of our TPE and rubber molding machines. From customer service, to repair and maintenance we make it our job to keep our machines running smoothly. Moreover, we offer trouble shooting advice, consulting, and repair services for any rubber or plastic molding machine, regardless of the manufacturer.

Before we ever start building or repairing your molding machine, our support begins with an in depth consultation. We make sure that we understand exactly what your needs are and then cover all of your options with you in detail.

Once your molding machine is ready we continue to support it through our training services. This includes a personal instruction at our facility where you sign-off on the machine before we even send it you. Furthermore, we can come to your facility and teach your operators how to use the new molding machine.

Our support also includes the “Total Preventive Maintenance” plan which outlines exactly how to care for the machine based on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly routines. In case something does go wrong, we stock a large variety of spare parts so that we can get them to you as quickly as possible.

Our support does not end with rubber and injection molding machines. We also support your mold development process with our injection mold prototyping service. If you would like, we can even assume full production for one of your parts. Beyond all of this, if there is anything else you need, we’ll he happy to support you however we can.
